Performance Psychology

For the past twenty-five years I have researched, taught, & written about performing and creative arts psychology. My work draws on all  seven schools of psychological thought: cognitive, biological, social, existential-phenomenological, psychodynamic, and evolutionary. I also draw on Eastern psychologies, including Buddhist and Taoist insights. I work with individuals and groups on issues of:

  • Performance anxiety
  • Deliberate practice
  • Creative process
  • Peak performance
  • Actualization of potential
